Bollywood buzz: Kareena refutes wedding rumour

For the last four years Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have been going strong as a couple. And news of their impending marriage have been doing the rounds for almost as long.

Recently, when Saif was quizzed about their marriage he responded that they would give it a thought only after his home production 'Agent Vinod' was out of the way. This fuelled a lot of speculation and media reports claimed that the two were planning to tie the knot in February 2012.

But Kareena is unhappy about these never-ending rumours about her wedding. After Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's demise, some reports emerged saying that their wedding had been postponed for a year. But Kareena rubbishes these reports and says that no date was ever fixed, according to Hindustan Times. She also went on to say that they will never disclose such personal details in front of media. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been planning to make 'Bajirao Mastani' for years now. He is not ready to let go of this project. Every time he talks about it there's a flurry of news in the industry.

Bhansali is planning to rope in Shah Rukh for the lead role, if rumours are to be believed. Now fans must be wondering what is wrong in that. Well if only the ace director had not planned to work with Salman Khan earlier on the same project, this news would mean not be a sensation.

During the inception of this epic movie, Bhansali said he can see no one do the lead role other than Salman Khan. And Salman was more than happy to be a part of this project. But now the estranged friends don't talk in the same tune. Bhansali has dropped the idea of casting Salman and is planning to rope in Shah Rukh Khan instead. This will surely fan more anger to the already soured relationship of the trio.

Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Dengn starrer 'Rascals' garners third highest opening for the year after Salman Khan's Ready and Bodyguard.

Sanjay Dutt Productions and Rupali Aum Entertainment’s Dusshera bonanza ‘Rascals’ has hit the right cord with the audiences. The comic flick, starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Kangana Ranaut, Lisa Haydon and Arjun Rampal, directed by David Dhawan has done stupendous business on its opening day.

The movie has garnered an outstanding collection of Dh6.46m on the first day itself. This was despite a limited release and low ticket prices compared to the weekends. Trade pundits even go to say that if the tickets were priced at the regular rates, then the movie could have grossed higher revenues.

Packed with hilarious performances from the film’s cast and some chartbusting music, the movie has won a lot of appreciation from audiences all over. With a strong, positive word of mouth and a long weekend ahead, the industry is expecting a bumper opening for the film.
