Aamir Khan’s television show 'Satyamev Jayate' has resulted in the postponement of his film 'Talaash'.

It can be recalled that Aamir had requested Aditya Chopra and Salman Khan to postpone the release of 'Ek Tha Tiger' to accommodate the release of his film, but we hear from the film camp that the film has been postponed now.

The actor and co producer of the film – Aamir Khan has his TV show coming on air by the end of May and that means that he will be busy promoting 'Satyamev Jayate' and will not have the kind of time he normally spends of movie promotions. Hence the producers of the film – Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani along with Aamir – have decided to push the release either to the end of June or early July depending on the status of other releases around that time.

'Talaash' will be Aamir’s first release after the stupendous success of '3 Idiots' (if you consider his role in Dhobi Ghat as a special appearance) and hence the film has been eagerly awaited.

Our sources at the production house confirm that the film is properly edited and the post production of the Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor-Rani Mukherji starrer film has been done and dusted with. Hence it is only Aamir’s promotional dates that 'Talaash' is searching for.
