Aerosmith frontman and American Idol judge Steven Tyler is tying the knot with long-time companion Erin Brady, the rock star's manager said.
"I can confirm he's engaged," Eric Sherman told AFP, giving no other details.
Tyler, 63, reportedly surprised model Brady, 38, with a five-carat diamond ring either just before or during a Christmas holiday in Hawaii.
Tyler - just off an Aerosmith tour of Latin America and Japan - has been married twice before.
He was also in a brief relationship in the 1970s with model and singer Bebe Buell, the mother of their actress daughter Liv Tyler.
Tyler and Brady have been an item since 2006.
The confirmation follows news that her long-time friend William "Willie" Wilkerson.
