Ailing Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachachan has wished cancer-scarred Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh a speedy recovery.
“@yuvsingh09 could not agree with you more ... hope you are doing well Yuvraj .. prayers for your speedy recovery,” Bachchan, through his Twitter handle @SrBachchan, responded to an earlier tweet by Singh.
“Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls. The most massive characters are seamed with scars...” Singh had tweeted this morning from his Twitter handle @yuvsingh09.
Yuvraj Singh seemed grateful for the wishes from the star, and thanked him in a tweeted response. “@SrBachchan and one of the biggest examples is you Mr Bachchan! Thank you very much I’m better each day,” he said.
A little later, Amitabh broke the news to his fans and followers that he won’t be out of the hospital today, as was being reported by some Indian media outlets. “Looks like a few more days then before they set me free ... but recovery at home will be another few months ..”
