Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may have once won the title of Miss World and wowed her fans with her acting abilities all over the world, but she has to enthrall them all over again for another title.
The new mother is a contestant on the television show CBS India’s Glam Diva, which aims to bring together women achievers from various fields.
Each episode of this show will feature a variety of Bollywood's biggest female stars who will fight to win the title of "Glam Diva," which is awarded by public vote at the end of the season.
Aishwarya Rai is currently on a sabbatical after delivering her daughter Aaradhya, says she was happy to have worked with different directors on different roles, reports India Today.
She also said how she has always been greedy to work with different directors on different characters. The 38 year old actress mentioned her love for music and dance and how it translates in her work on celluloid.
She has been away from the film industry for quite some time now and is currently busy with her four-month-old daughter.
Aishwarya Rai is participating in the television show "India's Glam Diva" along with other top-notch actresses who are vying to win the title. The winner will be decided on the basis of public voting. Ash's episode will be aired Sunday on Big CBS Love.
The actress made her Bollywood debut with 1997 film 'Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya' alongside Bobby Deol. Her big hit came with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' (1999) and there has been no looking back since.
The former Miss World has also made her presence felt in international films like 'Pink Panther 2' and 'Bride and Prejudice'.
