Bigg Boss 7: Pratyusha, Kushal survive; Hazel axed from reality show

The first elimination in 'Bigg Boss 7' saw British-Indian actress Hazel Keech get evicted from the reality television show, after spending just six days there.

Hazel was nominated by her fellow inmates and voted out by the audience. After eviction, the actress said that she will treasure the Big Boss experience for the rest of her life.

Hazel actively took part in every task of the house assigned by Bigg Boss and the actress was seen making effort to learn Hindi also.

Contestants from the hell section: Kushal Tandon, Pratyusha Banerjee, Kamya Punjabi, Elli Avram, Hazel Keech and Ratan Rajput were nominated for eviction.

But there was no way she could beat the TV favourite Pratyusha Banerjee. While playing the character of Anandi in 'Balika Vadhu', Pratyusha managed to build a huge fan base.

Reports suggest that her ex-boyfriend and businessman Makrand Malhotra, will join the seventh season of reality show. The two were embroiled in a fight recently and if Malhotra enters the 'Bigg Boss' house some more drama and controversies will ensue.

On the other hand, popular TV actors Kushal Tandon, Kamya Punjabi and Ratan Rajput have got a good amount of support from their fans, so they survived the first elimination round.

Hazel maintained a low profile on the show, but she participated actively in the 'wheel task'. Her quiet nature did not match the more volatile atmosphere of the show.

Hazel was termed boring on social networking sites.

The actress is known for sharing screen space with actor and host of the show Salman Khan in the movie 'Bodyguard'. Before she had entered Bigg Boss, she had said in an interview that she will try to adjust with everyone in the house.
