Dubai based singer-actor and wild card entrant Ali Quli Mirza brings the house down in 'Bigg Boss 8'.

Being the first captain of the house, Ali is very serious about his captaincy; at times taking his role too seriously.

He finds the place messy and launches an obsessive 'cleaning operation' while allotting every member of the house to one responsibility.

Ali cracked the whip and soon gains a tainted reputation.

Initially, the inmates comply with the orders, but when Ali turns a hard-taskmaster the house witnessed a lot of heated arguments between the inmates and the captain.

According to his whims Ali seems to bring endless trouble for the housemates.

After allotting the inmates tasks, the captain again swaps the responsibilities as per his wishes.

He doesn't give contestants enough time to dress up for the day. Helping each other, talking to inmates who are doing different functions is also considered as 'breaking rules'.

The main motive behind such a shuffle is supposedly to pull out the housemates from their comfort zones.

Ali starts ordering contestants and also punishes them as he wishes. If anyone doesn't respond to him immidiately they face the captains wrath.

The first judgment day saw Mirza granting Upen Patel his wish and punishing Karishma Tanna.

Karishma earned her punishment just because she was interacting with the members of the kitchen team.

The house also witnessed a verbal spat between Mirza and Minissha Lamba.

As per the captain, Lamba was given the task of cleaning the pool, which she did. But the actress refused to clean it again and again as there were too many insects in the garden area.

Mirza punished her and Soni Singh for keeping the pool dirty.

Soni wondered aloud if she was in a school to be treated like this.

The captain also argued with Diandra Soares over a small issue.

Ali again tried to punish her using his powers, which Diandra turned down.

Bossy Mirza didn't like Soarse's attitude and termed it unacceptable.

This tyrant and bossy attitude was noticed by everyone in the house and they vowed not to do the same when they take over captaincy.

All the male housemates try to speak to Mirza about his aggressive and dominating behaviour towards the housemates.

They stated that he was not the "Bigg Boss" but only a captain whose role was to lead the house and understand his mates and not to rule over them.

Mirza replied that he was indeed the Bigg Boss for the inmates and will continue his bossy rules and punish anyone who tries to violate his command.

Do you think Mirza's act is justified?
