Lost cause? Bipasha Basu roots for boyfriend Harman Baweja

Bipasha Basu is excited for her beau Harman Baweja. Harman’s relaunch film Dishkiyaoon may have been a slow started at the box office, but the actress feels that the film has enough potential to go the distance.

“This Friday it has been dishkiyaoon… dishkiyaoon… dishkiyaoon… That’s the way I would see it. Dishkiyaoon has been an entertaining film,” she says.
Is she biased?

“I may think as an actor and as someone close to Harman, that I may be biased. Yes, when you are an actor, it is very difficult to move away from the profession you love so much. But you can re-mould yourself and comeback with a completely different look which is so enduring. As I watched the film, post interval, I had tears in my eyes. I am really touched by Harman’s performance. It’s a great film and a film for an intelligent audience,” says Basu about Harman’s movie.

Ask her as to why she did not play a role in the film, “We have a whole lifetime at our disposal to work together,” she says as she hurriedly keeps tweeting pictures and details about Dishkiyaoon. 

“Social networking is a tool made to say what you want to say. It is nothing like a promotional strategy to promote Harman’s film. If my friend’s  film is releasing, obviously I will talk about the film. I will talk about Harman’s films,” she says.
