Salman Khan delays JJ release

Salman Khan is ensuring that Ranbir Kapoor’s film Jagga Jasoos does not release on time. Or so it seems.

Katrina is being wooed desperately both by Ranbir and the director Anurag Basu to complete some patch work on the film which has been in the making for around three years now. The trailer of the film has already been launched and Katrina does not seem to have dates, time or the inclination for the shoot.

“It is just that Katrina is busy now to spare any time for patch work. She has a long schedule in Austria for Tiger Zinda Hai and the dates with Salman are locked. She cannot cancel other dates for this film,” says a source close to Katrina.

Ever since Katrina and Ranbir broke up, she has made no bones about the fact that she doesn’t want to spend time with the Kapoor.

Khan has not had a good opinion about Ranbir over the years. In fact, even before Ranbir had decided to be an actor, he was partying at a nightspot where Salman too was partying and Salman ended up slapping Ranbir at the restaurant.  Salim Khan alter took Salman to Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor’s house and sorted things over.

Years later, when Katrina moved on with Ranbir after her break up with Salman, Bollywood’s Pocket Hercules has not been very favorable towards Ranbir though he picked up a film called Chillar Party to promote despite Ranbir being in it.

It does seem that someone else will have to intervene to save Jagga Jasoos and help it release.  Anurag Basu’s last film with Ranbir Kapoor Barfi was highly acclaimed and did very well at the box office as well.
