Iifa 2015: Haider, Queen lead technical awards list

The travelling Indian Awards Iifa 2015 set ablaze Malaysia this weekend, with a bevy of Bollywood stars performing to thronging crowds.

Popular films such as ‘Haider’, ‘Queen’, and ‘PK’ bagged the most number of technical awards at the event that concluded on Saturday.

Earlier, a day prior to the mega night, Sonakshi Sinha delivered a brilliant singing performance at the IIFA Rocks.

Did she leave behind seasoned singers? Well, Baby Doll singer Kanika Kapoor enthralled the crowd, while the current singing sensation Ankit Tiwari and Javed Ali rendered their popular hits.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra set the mood with their wits, while Aditi Rao Hydari and sets Liza Haydon mesmerized audience with their moves.

Dancer-actress Lauren Gottlieb also held the audience with her number.

The actresses showcased high-end designers Sabyasachi, Anamika Khanna and Georges Chakra, among others.

The men brigade were well represented by Anil Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and others. Hrihtik Roshan grabbed the opportunity to launch a book on his dad on the sidelines, too.
