Apart from acting, Bollywood stars are known to have a passion for sports as well.
While Shah Rukh Khan recently claimed his ‘badshah’ status in the cricketing field with the Kolkata Knight Riders’ victory in the Indian Premiere League, Abhishek Bachchan is indulging his passion for car racing.
Contrary to the popular Bollywood preference for fast and furious cars though, Abhishek seems to lean towards endurance and efficiency when it comes to car racing.
This year, the actor will be attending the Le Mans race, a 24-hour race over a nearly 5,000 km course that tests both driver and vehicle in endurance.
Abhishek has already left the country for France to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans race, which will kick start on 16 June.
Apparently, experiencing the thrills of the Le Mans was a long standing wish of junior Bachchan and it looks like his wish will finally be fulfilled.
