Alia Bhatt:

“I am looking forward to 2013, especially because I will be turning 20 this year. I would love to grow wiser with every year. Now, my folks will be better judges of whether I have really turned wiser in 2013. Also, I hope to get more great scripts and good roles for myself. It would excite me to be on the top in Bollywood. I am all set for the hard work. With the success of my first flick “Student Of The Year’ my responsibilities have grown. Having tasted success, I feel more passion for movies now and want to work harder.

“Whenever I have holidays I love to go and spent some quality time with my friends in London with my mom accompanying me. I look forward to Christmas and Diwali celebrations. This New Year I will be celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday as her birthday falls on December 31. We will enjoy a hearty party at her place. I have nothing special this new year.”

Anushka Sharma:

“This year has been a memorable year, for I was the part of Yashji’s last directorial ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. I bought a house for myself. Raju Hirani offered me a film and I worked for genius like Vishal Bhardawaj in his ‘Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola’. Usually, I like to spend New Year’s Eve with my folks. I will be with my parents this New Year as well.”

Sridevi

“I am looking forward to a happening 2013. Now, since I have returned to celluloid after 15 years I am very happy. It took me to make up my mind to be able to work again on the silver screen. I am looking forward to working in the south as well as Hindi films. How can I not opt for Southern film as I started my career there? Given a chance I will strike a balance between Hindi and South films. As usual, this New Year’s too will be spent with my family and kids, my mother-in-law will also join as while we watch my film ‘English Vinglish’. My cooks will also watch the film along with me.”

Hema Malini

“This New Year we will all celebrate together with Esha and my son-in law. I like him very much because he allows Esha to pursue dancing. She comes to our place and does regular dance riyaaz. All men should allow their wives to follow their passion."
