Aishwarya baby girl has her beautiful eyes: Big B

"Occasionally she opens her large and what looks now to be eyes of the lighter hue," an emotionally charged grandfather Amitabh Bachchan writes on his blog.

He gives the fans a hint about the eyes of Ash's daughter which as of now looks like her mother.

An avid blogger, Sr Bachchan in his first blog after the birth of Abhishek's first child goes on to describe the little angel in their life.

His blog translates the love that he feels for his youngest grandchild into words.

"Often the gentlest of smiles quiver across her pouted upper lip, the shut eyes bringing expression through the brows and the settling down to that dream she must dream. Her head covered in the littlest of head gear she will ever adorn, snuggles into her mini quilt of varied colors dominated by the pink softness of its material."

Possibly a star is born in the Bachchan family as this baby surely show some star tantrums.

The delighted father Abhishek Bachchan tweets: "Have to get some rest now. Haven't slept in over 40 hrs. Sleep well and good night."

The baby starlet is keeping the family awake, but no one seems to be complaining.

Proud grandfather Amitabh Bachchan tweets: "T 561 - We will give time to both electronic and print media .. PR will be setting up .. Have been up for more than 24 hours .. Need rest."

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Wednesday morning. A wish comes true for Abhishek, who always wished for a baby girl. Husband Abhishek was present by Aishwarya’s side all through.

Abhishek is beyond himself with happiness as congratulations poured in from every corner of the world. The twitter world is flooded with congratulatory messages for the entire family.

Amitabh Bachchan tweets: "T 561 -On the mobile message front I am trying desperately to reply to your wishes .. from the 1000 odd sms, just 200 left ..do bear with us".

The Bachchan family also expressed their gratitude as the electronic media kept their word and gave the family the privacy they wanted.

"And a very special mention to ALL of the media for being so thoughtful, kind and respectful. Truly appreciate it. Thank you",  Abhishek tweeted.

Not far behind was Sr Bachchan expressing his gratitude, "T 561 - As I travel back from the hospital I need to thank the media for keeping their word of not intruding our privacy. Deeply obliged !"

The actress is expected to leave the hospital within a span of three days.

It was certainly the happiest day of Abhishek's life but the new role as a father will surely see Jr B burning midnight oil.
