Salman and SRK are not friends. And there’s no end to this enmity, not by what we learn from the grapevine.

Reliance had planned to release the first trailer of Don 2 with Salman’s Bodyguard. But Sallu had his way and he made sure that SRK’s film trailer is not attached with Bodyguard. He instead accommodated Karan Johar's Agneepath which is slated to be released in 2012.

Incidentally both Bodyguard and Don 2 belong to Reliance. But the producers had no say when Salman refused to give space to SRK’s Don 2 trailer.

While SRK's Don 2 trailer has been left out from Bodyguard, his good friend Karan Johar's Agneepath promo has been included. Again it was the Dabangg Khan who took the call.

By the look of it Salman’s war with SRK is far from over.

Hrithik and Kareena back together?

No one can deny the chemistry between Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor. But the fans have been denied of the sizzling couple far too long now.

But if all goes well we might see them together in Imtiaz’s next. The filmmaker is keen on casting the stars together. Sajid Nadiadwala plans a mega budget film with Imtiaz Ali and has approached Kareena for it.

Kareena in the past was not keen to act opposite Hrithik. But later she cleared the air and said she had no issue working with him.

However, Kareena’s platter seems full as of now with Heroine, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai sequel and Dharma production’s next with Imran Khan. Hrithik too has his most awaited film Krrish 2 in the pipeline.

So Sajid’s project will definitely take some time to get on the roll.

Amitabh Bachchan to play Anna Hazare

Amitabh Bachchan and Prakash Jha to come together again. (AGENCY)  

After his controversial Aarakshan, Prakash Jha will make a film inspired by the Anna Hazare's movement.

Amitabh Bachchan would play a Hazare-style crusader. The film is titled Satyagraha and the scripting is still going on. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.

It is about peaceful protest, though not on a pan India level.

Jha is not exactly supporting Anna. The film differs with Anna's ideology. According to Jha Anna needs to be a less hardliner in his approach to a matter as deep-rooted as corruption. He believes the fight against corruption should be more focused and specific in its motivation. He thinks the only way a movement can be effective is by embedding it to a specific population.

Hope this time around Prakash Jha gets a peaceful release.
