Bollywood's ultimate bachelorette's self-expose: Mallika uncut

Known for her controversial tilt, actress Mallika Sherawat has begun her search for a life partner with a TV show.

When asked why she wants to settle for Indian men when she is not a fan of the society, she says, “Professionally I learn a lot from Hollywood actors, but the way an Indian heart is, no one has that.”

Who would be the ideal bachelor and what gift would you expect?
Narendra Modi. His presence would be enough.

You were dating someone, what about that?
I am here to find true love.

Your idea of perfect love?
Love knows no boundaries which is why there are people from different walks of life on my show. One is a clerk and another a businessman on the show.

Why a show where you find a desired partner?
Don’t want this loneliness anymore.

On her statement calling India a hypocritical society…
Indian society is regressive and depressing for women with gang rapes, honour killings, child marriage. When at an international platform where you are representing the country, I did not do anything wrong by saying the truth.

Any boundaries that you wouldn’t cross?
I would never date a married man.

Your dream date?
I have had a dream date; it was at Taj Mahal and Vijay (one of the contestants) was singing a song for me. I felt like Mumtaz Mahal.

What do you think about Aasaram and Baba Ramdev?
I’m not aware of who they really are.

What is your view on getting physical?
It’s fine till the time the girl is ok with it.

As this is going to be your debut on television, you will be compared with Big B and Salman. Comment?
Big B is a legend and Salman, I can't even compare myself to him.
