Justin Bieber is reportedly not keen on settling down again yet following his split from Selena Gomez in October last year and is enjoying single life.

The 'Boyfriend' hitmaker split from Selena Gomez in October last year and reportedly wants to enjoy his newfound single status for a while before making any commitments to other girls.

A source said: "Right now he wants to have fun and enjoy his life.

"He doesn't make any promises to anyone. He likes all these girls. They're all special to him in their own way."

(Instagram)

In fact, the insider claims that the 19-year-old pop star will only settle down again if he can get back with 'The Heart Wants What It Wants' hitmaker.

They added: "Justin knows he's not ready to be with one girl. If he was, he'd be with Selena."

Meanwhile, Justin has been seen hanging out with 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star Kendall Jenner and the source hinted Justin may be keen on dating the star one day.

The insider told HollywoodLife.com: "If there was a hierarchy, Kendall would be at the top. She's the queen bee but that's because she's always super cool.

"She's never given him even a minute of drama. She's totally secure and confident, no matter what he does, or at least that's how she acts."

The 'Anger Management' star is being taken to court by Keith Fitzgerald for breach of contract, failure to pay minimum wages and other grievances, for which he is seeking the huge sum in damages.

Charlie reportedly agreed in July 2013 to hire Keith for three years, paying him $300,000 per year, plus medical benefits and a 20% incentive bonus, but things went wrong after just give months.

Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state:

"The agreement between Fitzgerald, on one hand, and Sheen and 9th Step, on the other hand, is evidenced by various emails and documents and was also entered into verbally generally.

"[But] Fitzgerald's employment relationship was prematurely terminated after approximately five months without any explanation.

"Fitzgerald received no compensation whatsoever for any of the services he performed for Charlie Sheen at any time whatsoever."

The ex-staff member is suing for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, promissory estoppel, quantum merit, failure to pay wages in violation of the labour code, failure to pay minimum wages in violation of the labour code, failure to pay overtime wages in violation of the labour code, and waiting time penalties, and wants a jury to decide how much he should receive in compensation.

A spokesperson for the 49-year-old actor hasn't yet commented on the allegations.

The 'Not a Bad Thing' hitmaker, 34, is reportedly bursting with pride since wife Jessica Biel gave birth to their son, Silas Randall Timberlake, last weekend.

A source close to the couple said: "Justin is so excited, he doesn't know what to do with himself!"

The 'Accidental Love' actress, 33, is also over the moon about their new arrival.

The insider told Us Weekly magazine: "Jessica sees herself as a mom of boys, so it worked out perfectly."

The duo are quieting adjusting to parenthood at their home in the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.

The source said: "Their house is all set up for the baby. They want to raise him out of the spotlight."

But they plan to return to their Hollywood Hills mansion in the near future when Jessica opens her new restaurant, Au Fudge, in Los Angeles.

A second source explained: "Jess is opening her kids' restaurant, Au Fudge, near L.A. in five months and has tons of meetings."

The pair are getting support from friends and family members, including Justin's mother, Lynn Harless, who is completely smitten with her new grandson.

The friend said: "Lynn jokes she wants Silas all to herself!"

Alessandra Ambrosio hospitalised

Alessandra Ambrosio is recovering in hospital following a "medical procedure" after suffering "constant headaches".

The Victoria's Secret Angel - who has son Noah, three, and daughter Anja, seven with fiance Jamie Mazur - underwent treatment on Tuesday after suffering "constant headaches" and is currently being monitored at UCLA Hospital in Westwood, Los Angeles.

A friend said: "I have spoken to her team, her manager and everyone that went with her for her medical procedure and they say she is fine."

The pal went on to explain that the 34-year-old beauty - who spent the weekend partying at the Coachella festival with friends - had booked the appointment two weeks ago.

A spokesperson for Alessandra confirmed she is currently in hospital and in "good health", but wouldn't comment further on her condition.

They told MailOnline: "Alessandra Ambrosio went to a doctor today for a scheduled medical visit and is currently in good health."

The Brazilian beauty shared a number of photographs on Instagram this weekend as she enjoyed Coachella with friends including fellow model Kendall Jenner.

Alongside one photo at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, she wrote: "What a wonderful world. #Coachella #friends #music #goodvibes #foreveronvacation (sic)"

Why Bieber booted; Sly's girls dating ban

Justin Bieber was reportedly put in a chokehold and thrown out of Coachella when he tried to gain admission to watch Drake perform.

(Bang)

The 21-year-old singer was put in a chokehold by security after he tried to gain admission to the Californian music festival during Drake's performance on Sunday but was stopped from entering through the artists' entrance because the area was full, TMZ reports.

The 'Believe' hitmaker showed his wristband, which should have granted access, but guards wouldn't let him in, even after Justin explained he was a personal guest of Drake and he would be "bombarded" by fans if he stood in the public area.

(Instagram)

One staff member relented and started to let the singer and his entourage in, but a security member reportedly came up from behind and put him in a chokehold before he was ordered to leave the festival.

However, sources close to the 'Beauty and a Beat' star insisted Justin left the site voluntarily and is now considering taking legal action against the security staff.

(Instagram)

Despite the abrupt ending to his weekend, Justin had seemed to be having a good time at the festival on Saturday, where he was seen partying with pals including Chris Brown, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, and checked out sets from artists including Jack White and FKA twigs.

Sylvester Stallone bans daughters from dating

Sylvester Stallone has banned his three teenage daughters from dating until they are in their 40s.

(Bang)

The 'Expendables' actor - who has Sophia, 18, Sistine, 16, and Scarlet, 13, with wife Jennifer Flavin - realised he wasn't going to be an "accepting" father when his eldest daughter was called by a boy four years ago.

He said: "I told my three daughters they weren't allowed to date until their mid-40s but that's not going down well...

"The first time a boy called Sophia was when she was 14. I realised I wasn't going to be an accepting father.

(Getty Images)

"He said, 'Where's Sophia?' I said, 'She's in Egypt and she'll be there forever.' Everyone started yelling at me."

The 68-year-old star admits his daughters haven't listened to his warning and he ended up in a "battle" with Sophia's current boyfriend when they met for the first time.

He recalled in an interview with Britain's OK! magazine: "I've finally met Sophia's first boyfriend. He's 18.

(Getty Images)

"We shook hands and I said, 'No, you've got to learn to squeeze harder than that pal.' We got into a hand-squeezing battle."

Despite his celebrity status, the 'Rocky' star's daughters are embarrassed to be seen with him and don't even like him dropping them off at school.

Asked if he is an embarrassing dad, he admitted: "Very! If I'm within a mile of them it's like, 'Dad, can you please wear a disguise?' I say, 'Can I drop you off at school?' They say, 'No, we're going to take the bus.'

"Everyone at their school is happy to see me but them.

"But it happens with celebrity parents. I'm going to go dressed as Michael Douglas next time."

Miley's warning; Taylor Swift gets banned

Miley Cyrus is reportedly "trusting" Patrick Schwarzenegger not to do anything "silly" at Coachella music festival.

(Bang)

The 21-year-old actor invited the 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker with him to the music festival but despite cheating allegations rocking the pair's relationship, Miley says she wasn't "interested" in attending the event alongside him.

A source said: "Patrick asked Miley if she wanted to come with him, but she said she wasn't interested. She's putting her trust in him not to do anything silly or compromising while he's there having a good time with his bros.

"He realised what predicament he got himself into in Cabo, and now knows he's got to be smarter about being in a high-profile relationship."

(Getty Images)

Meanwhile, the 22-year-old singer is believed to have been "punishing" her other half, after he was photographed getting close to his ex-girlfriend, by refusing to be intimate with him.

Another insider added to HollywoodLife.com: "One thing she did to punish him was withhold sex from him.

(Bang)

"Their love life is absolutely wild and he loves it. But he had to take a lot of cold showers for the first couple weeks after his trip because of her sex ban."

And Patrick has been working hard to win the star back, sending her roses and romantic e-mails.

Calvin Harris bans Taylor Swift's songs about him

Calvin Harris has reportedly banned Taylor Swift from writing songs about him as he thinks it will "demean" her.

(Bang)

The 'Feel So Close' hitmaker has reportedly asked his rumoured girlfriend to not use him as inspiration for her songs because he feels it "demeans" her.

A source said: "It was the white elephant in the room, but it's been on his mind, so he confronted her about it last week, telling her he doesn't want her to do that to him."

(Getty Images)

And Calvin is believed to be worried that he will become the subject of a "revenge" song written by the 'Shake It Off' hitmaker, who has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal.

The source added: "[He] doesn't want to join the ranks of Swift refugee boyfriends who've been humiliated by one of her revenge songs."

Despite not wanting a song written about him, the 31-year-old DJ is supposedly desperate to make music with the 25-year-old star.

(Getty Images)

An insider said previously: "Calvin doesn't just want to date Taylor. He's desperate to make sweet music with her. With his beats and her pop melodies, Calvin thinks they could produce a number of big hits together, and he's always been a big fan of Taylor's work.

"At the BRITs they discussed the possibility of exploring that, as well making sure they meet up in the U.S. in between his regular DJ residency at Hakkasan in Las Vegas. It could be the start of a beautiful relationship professionally and personally, both are very talented artists and it would be a dream for their record labels if they teamed up."

Why Gisele Bündchen quit runway

Gisele Bündchen has revealed she is retiring from the runway because it's what her body told her to do.

(Instagram)

The 34-year-old Chanel model is set to walk her last catwalk during Sao Paulo Fashion Week and has admitted she made the decision to retire from runways out of "respect" for her body.

(Getty Images)

She told the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper: "Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop.

"I respect my body, it's a privilege to be able to stop."

(Getty Images)

Gisele, 34, is taking time off from the runway to spend her days with her two children - Benjamin, five, and Vivian, two - who she has with husband Tom Brady.

And the star recently admitted she is a "nurturing" mother, something she believes stems from her own upbringing as part of a large family.

(Instagram)

She said previously: "I'm very nurturing, I come from a large family and my parents were loving. But the most important thing for me as a mum is to keep my word.

"When I say no, I mean no, I always say they have all the time in the world to sit there saying, 'I want it, I want it', but they are smart, and if I give it to them they know they can get away with it."

Blake Lively's daughter has one godparent

(Instagram)

Blake Lively has revealed her and Ryan Reynolds' four-month-old daughter James only has one godparent, Blake's sister Robyn.

According to Blake's 'Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants' co-star Amber Tamblyn, her, America Ferrera and Alexis Bledel were all godmothers to the little one but the 'Gossip Girl' star has since confirmed four-month-old daughter James' only godparent is Blake's sister Robyn, 43.

(Instagram)

She told E! News: "I never named them my godmothers. They're my dear friends.

"I would say my baby has a lot of fairy godmothers."

(Getty Images)

Earlier in the week, when pressed by Nick Lachey on VH1's 'Big Morning Buzz Live' about the rumours she was a godparent, 31-year-old Amber replied: "Yes, that is a fact."

The four actresses have remained close friends since starring in the 2005 film together, attending each other's weddings and supporting each other's careers.

(Getty Images)

The couple - who married in 2012 - has yet to reveal their daughter to the world but 'The Voices' actor has insisted he is keen for the little one not to follow in the footsteps of her famous parents.

He said previously: "You worry about really stupid stuff, and you sort of sit there and go, 'Oh gosh, is she gonna wanna do this?' I like to whisper in her ear, like, really normal everyday jobs."
