The 22-year-old singer and the 21-year-old model - who split up in April after six months of dating - were both invited to the Blind Dragon on

Friday for Bootsy Bellows owner Markus Molinari's birthday party, but "didn't interact" all night. Patrick - who is the son of actor Arnold

Schwarzenegger - chose the spend most of the evening partying with Katy Perry instead.

A source told Us Weekly: "Patrick and Miley didn't interact. He didn't say a word to her."

Miley - who was also in a four year on-off relationship with actor Liam Hemsworth until September 2013 - recently said that she doesn't see being

in a relationship as a necessary part of her future, and is "secure in being alone".

The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker previously said: "There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends. And there are times where I

just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ... I think that's a new freedom for women, especially. I

don't know that my mother would have been able to be 22 and secure in being alone. But my future doesn't rely on having a partner."

Lady Gaga's 'difficulty' with age

Lady Gaga has admitted she is having a "difficult time" ageing but has learnt from her collaborator Tony Bennett that she can "live [her] life and feel the same every single day".

The 'Pokerface' hitmaker made the admission as she joked with the audience about speculation about a possible pregnancy whilst on stage in Los Angeles.

She said: "I'm getting a little older and many people think I'm pregnant but I tell them, 'I'm just almost f***ing 30."

Speaking about her collaborator Tony Bennett, she added: "Tony's taught me [that] you can live your life and feel the same every single day forever...

"Me on the other hand, I'm having a more difficult time with things. A little more here and there."

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga previously admitted there was a point where she considered having children with her fiancé, Taylor Kinney.

She said at the time: "I thought I did [want to start having children], because I was feeling kind of finished with all of the chaos of my life.

"But then I started to spend a lot more time with Tony, and everything just became simpler, more pure, and more perfect. Now I think I'm going to take a lot more time before I have kids and settle down. I just want to sing."

Vince Vaughn: We should allow guns in schools

Vince Vaughn thinks allowing guns in schools will prevent mass shootings as he believes criminals deliberately target places of education as they know, for sure, there are no guns there.

The 'Wedding Crashers' star believes the people who carry out the shootings specifically target places of education as they know there are no guns there.

He said: "Take mass shootings. They've only happened in places that don't allow guns. These people are sick in the head and are going to kill innocent people. They are looking to slaughter defenceless human beings ...

"In all of our schools it is illegal to have guns on campus, so again and again these guys go and shoot up these ... schools because they know there are no guns there. They are monsters killing six-year-olds."

The 45-year-old actor - who says he supports "having a gun in public, full stop" - also insisted banning firearms would not remove criminality in its entirety.

He added to GQ magazine: "You think the politicians that run my country and your country don't have guns in the schools their kids go to? They do.

"And we should be allowed the same rights. Banning guns is like banning forks in an attempt to stop making people fat. Taking away guns, drugs, booze ... It won't rid the world of criminality."
