Kim Kardashian's marriage fiasco is getting dirtier. Kris Humphries, her husband of 72 days, has asked a Los Angeles court to have the marriage annulled for alleged fraud, reports 'The Sun'.

He feels betrayed and believes she used him as part of a cynical business venture. (http://bit.ly/udRozI)

Their wedding on August 20 earned the couple £11million from magazine deals, TV coverage and endorsements. On October 31, Kim filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

However, the beauty has over the period stressed that she would never enter into a relationship just for money or TV show.

Reports say Kim decided to call it quits after Kris said he was not ready to be a dad.
