Kim Kardashian pregnant again with Kanye West's baby?

Well, it was going to happen eventually, and if the latest teaser clip of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ is to be believed then baby North West is about to become a big sister.

Kim Kardashian is pregnant again, with a teaser clip of the former’s reality show seeing her reveal the news to sister Khloe Kardashian of the big news.

While Khloe, who was in Dubai last week, kept mum on the subject during her local media blitzkrieg and posing selfies with exotic pets, in the clip that has just aired, sister Kim is seen exclaiming: “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!”

Kim and Kanye West celebrated their one-year anniversary on May 24, and the couple has stated in the past they are keen on having another baby soon.

Before the episode was aired, Kim took to Twitter to say: “Who is excited for tonight’s ‘KUWTK’ finale? There’s some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in!”

Soon after it was aired, BFF Jonathan Cheban tweeted: “Congrats Kim! Baby 2!”

In an interesting twist to the tale, Kim was seen visiting the doctor on the May 31 episode of ‘KUWTK’, and in frustration said: “I’m done. I’m, like, so over it.  Like, I’m exhausted, so I’m sure everyone gets to that point. I’m like, Okay, I’m done’.”

In an earlier report in US Weekly, Kardashian has been exploring pregnancy alternatives after a year of trying to conceive another child naturally, with a source quoted stating she had been going in for IVF fertility treatments.

As soon as news broke, Twitterverse went into frenzy with fans congratulating the happy couple, while some couldn’t resist suggesting baby names, with Daz ‏tweeting: “If Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s new baby isn’t named South West then what’s the point?”

Payton tweeted: “Oh goodie, Kim Kardashian is pregnant again? Here comes either East West or South West.”

TS tweeted: “I think Kim Kardashian will name the baby after either a country or continent this time.”

Taylòr Libz: “So I know that ‘South’ is probably first choice for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s second baby, but I’m really hoping for ‘Wild Wild’.”
