Kim Kardashian's Dubai call sparks Twitter frenzy

If it’s a Kim Kardashian event, can glamour be far behind?

The reality TV star’s upcoming Midde East tour may not have Dubai on the cards as yet, but models from the emirate are certainly the call of the hour for its organisers.

Sheeraz Hasan, of Millions of Milkshakes, for which Kardashian also flew down last year to the emirate, tweeted out earlier: “Looking to hire models from Dubai for the grand opening of Millions of Milkshakes in Kuwait and Bahrain. Sheeraz@milkshakes.tv”

While the tweet doesn’t specify the sex of the candidates who need apply, the corresponding replies has both genders jumping at the chance to be caught in the same frame with Kardashian, who departs from the United States on November 28 for her three-day tour with appearances in Kuwait and Bahrain.

As Emirates 24|7 earlier reported, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star also confirmed her visit on her official Twitter account over the weekend, writing: “Get ready Bahrain and Kuwait; 22 days until I see my fans [sic].”

The 32-year-old will make her first public appearance in Kuwait on November 29, to officially open the new Millions Of Milkshakes franchise at The Avenues, phase III mall.

The diva will also be attending a VIP dinner the same night at Lenôtre Paris, Kuwait for which fans can also nab tickets if they want to see Kardashian in person.

Fans who want to nab tickets to dine with the diva can do so a day later, with details stating: “On November 30, Kim Kardashian is hosting a VIP Gala Dinner at Lenôtre Paris Kuwait.

“This is the first time ever Kim will sit down with her fans for dinner, so you do not want to miss this.

“The two-hour long dinner where you will get to chat with Kim and take a photo with her. A ticket to the VIP Gala Dinner at Lenôtre with Kim costs 350 KD.”

Following this, Kardashian will hop a plane to Bahrain the next day, where she will officially open the new Millions Of Milkshakes franchise at The Walk Bahrain in Riffa on December 1.

It is still unclear if Kardashian is travelling alone or might be accompanied by one of her famous siblings or beau, Kanye West.

After months of speculation, date changes and rumours, Emirates 24|7 can finally confirm that Kim Kardashian will be embarking on her Middle Eastern tour from November 28.

The 32-year-old confirmed her visit on her official Twitter account over the weekend, writing: “Get ready Bahrain and Kuwait; 22 days until I see my fans [sic].”

It added: “Millions of Milkshakes welcomes fans to buy a ticket to the grand opening for 150 KD, the price includes group pictures with Kim, a Q&A session with her and you will get to watch her make her own ‘Kim’ milkshake.”

Considering Kardashian had earlier tweeted she would also be visiting Dubai, speculation is rife that she could very well visit the emirate once again on December 2, as part of a special UAE National Day celebration.

Last year's visit to Dubai by Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner had certainly made enough news fodder to warrant a visit once again.

Emirates 24|7 has reached out to organisers Sheeraz Hasan for confirmation, but no response was forthcoming at the time.

It is also unclear whether Kardashian will be travelling alone or with a member of her famous family in the upcoming trip; for that matter, even if beau and Grammy winnerKanye West might be hopping along for the ride.

But if a trip to Dubai doesn’t work out now, it could very well in the near future, as the Kardashian trio, including sisters Khloe and Kourtney, have announced a UAE launch of their standalone store of the Kardashian Kollection very soon.

The trio of sisters were also in London over the weekend to launch the collection with an exclusive tie-up with Dorothy Perkins UK.

Stores will also roll out in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand within a month.
