Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone have been acting with each other and have been in news for their steamy scenes from films like ‘Luv Aaj Kal’ and ‘Cocktail’. And, initial views of ‘Race 2’ suggest this film too has steamy scenes.

According to reports, there was a time when Kareena Kapoor wasn’t happy about Deepika’s proximity with Safi who had quoted her naughty answers to Karan Johar’s queries on ‘Koffee with Karan’.

But Saif is comfortable being paired with Deepika in ‘Race2’ once again.

“Deepika is an intelligent actor. Having worked together in other films we share a comfortable zone. ‘Race2’ begins where ‘Race’ ends. The film has got U/A certificate. This film is not an adult film. Parents and children can sit down together and watch the film. However, it is a brave attempt to produce such films. ‘Race’ too showcased a wife and husband cheating on a brother. While in ‘Race2’ everyone has a grey shades,” he says.

We ask if he recommended Deepika’s name to director Abbas-Mustan.“I am not the casting director. Who am I to recommend a pairing opposite Deepika? We all come here to perform our roles to the best of our ability.”
