Salman Khan is stressed. The verdict on his hit and run case is up on May 6 and Khan is not sure which way it will go.

When Sanjay Dutt went to jail, the days before his imprisonment, were full of stress and tension.

Dutt could not shoot for any of his films or dub for them, leaving his producers in the lurch once he went to jail.

Films like ‘Policegiri’ managed to release somehow, but other films, barring ‘PK’, were stuck.

And Salman Khan's producers, of films like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo’ among others, are rather stressed about how Salman too has been tense and staying away from the shootings and other filmi activities.

"The problem is that he could have easily finished the work had he wanted to, but then, he was too preoccupied with multiple meetings with his advisors as to how to take the road ahead.

"Sanjay Dutt's case is a clear precursor which has taught Salman a few things on how to proceed with his case," says a source close to the Khan.

Salman Khan has another case pending in court - the blackbuck hunting case that took place when he was shooting for the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ with Saif Ali Khan and Neelam Tabu for Sooraj Barjatya.

If this case swings against him, the chances of him being punished in the blackbuck case also increase.

"We are just praying for him and his friends and family are now trying to spend a lot more time with him to make him feel better before the verdict comes," says the source.
