Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan who was injured on Thursday on the sets of 'Happy New Year', has been advised complete rest as his injury is far from minor.

After initial medical aid Khan returned to the hospital for more tests on Thursday night following which it came out that his injuries were not minor.

His right shoulder is fractured and left knee patella is torn. Doctors have advised him to take complete rest for the next two-three weeks.

The actor took to Twitter after the accident and wrote:

But there was some else who was feeling the pain of SRK's accident.

Salman Khan is not someone who holds back - despite his best intentions, he doesn't like to share his part of the limelight either.

While promoting his latest release 'Jai Ho' Salman had enough of Shah Rukh questions.

And when asked about Shah Rukh Khan’s injury - Salman nonchalantly replied: “SRK had to get injured only a day before the release of Jai Ho!?”

His remark was made very casually, without a second thought, perhaps not realising how his statement would be interpreted.

“He would have had a small scar. I am sure he would not have lost his memory or something. Please concentrate on 'Jai Ho' now,” he added, with a tinge of anger in his voice.

Realising soon the implications of what he said and the repercussions that would occur due to that, Salman then continues in the same breath. “I just found out that he is ok. So we are all happy that he is ok,” he said.
