Drake releases surprise album ahead of Dubai show

Drake has shocked fans by releasing a surprise 17-track album titled 'If You're Reading This It's Too Late' available to purchase through iTunes without any prior warning.

The 28-year-old rapper has shocked fans by making the 17-track album 'If You're Reading This It's Too Late' available to purchase through iTunes without any prior warning.

Drake is bringing his 'Would You Like a Tour?' show to Dubai. Louder Entertainment is bringing the Canadian star to perform in the UAE on March 14, 2015.

As well as featuring rapper Lil' Wayne on 'Used To' and hip hop star Travi$ Scott on 'Company', the mixtape features production credits from PARTYNEXTDOOR, Boi-1da, and Shebib.

The collection follows the musician's 'Nothing Was the Same' record which was released in 2013 - selling 650,000 records in its opening week - and although he had previously revealed his fourth album would be named 'Views From the 6', he admitted last year he had not started working on the project.

It is not known whether the new mixtape has replaced the previously announced album although it is believed the collection has been made to go alongside a 15-minute short film titled 'Jungle' which he released through his social media accounts on Thursday (12.02.15).

Drake is set to bring in an army of loyal fans from GCC and wow the crowd with his endless hits and with his first ever Middle East at the Dubai International Stadium.

He shot to fame in 2009 with hits 'Find your Love' and 'Forever' and has sold more than five-million albums worldwide, boasts a Grammy award and officially has more number one songs in the US Billboard chart than any other rapper.

No stranger to success Drake'S on-fire 'Club Paradise' worldwide tour was named the most successful hip-hop tour of 2012 and he has just been announced as the headline act for California's Coachella festival.

Having recently toured the United States on the 'Drake vs Lil Wayne' co-headline tour, Drake brings with him an extensive production that is nothing short of spectacular with a show that includes pyrotechnics, fire, lasers, extensive lighting, sound systems and so much more.
