While adults browse through thousands of properties at the popular Indian Property Show, slated for December 1 to 3 during the UAE National Day holidays, children can indulge themselves with exciting competitions.

This 17th edition of the internationally acclaimed real-estate exhibition introduces 'Draw Your Dream Home', an art contest for kids between the ages 5-8 years, and 9-12 years.

The contest, which will be held at World Trade Centre, Hall 2 – the venue of the show – offers fabulous prizes of gold bars for each age group to be awarded at the end of the competition.

The competition will be held from 12 noon to 3pm and 4pm to 7pm on all three days of the exhibition.

The Show will be open to visitors from 11am to 8pm with provision for free parking.

Besides providing a platform for kids to experiment creatively, the contest will allow parents to explore property ventures, secure in the knowledge that their children are happily occupied. Parents can register their children's participation at the Indian Property Show website on https://indianpropertyshow.com/kids-competition/

"We, at Indian Property Show, feel that it is never too early to inculcate the habit of investment among children. In this regard, the 'Draw Your Dream Home' contest could be the first step for kids to understand the need of owning a house.

"At another level, competitions are a great way to highlight the creative streaks among the contestants; who knows, we may find budding architects among them. We foresee a stiff competition with three prizes in each age group which comprise 100gms gold bar for the winner and 50gms and 20gms gold bars for the two runners up. For flexibility, we have kept two slots of three hours each every day for the contest."

The bi-annual event showcases a choicest variety of Indian real-estate from across India including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore and Kochi, among others. The Property Show also offers free seminars on related topics, such as Taxation, Vaastu and Know your city, conducted by reputed legal advisors and consultants.
