Elizabeth Hurley, and the Indian-origin banker who paid $81,000

Julian Bharti won a charity auction at Sir Elton John's annual ball in Windsor.

He was a top bidder when Elizabeth Hurley offered a kiss with - however, explaining this win to his wife will may prove a little more expensive.

A banker, Bharti, 27, shelled out a whopping 50,000 British pounds, or roughly $81,000, on Thursday to lock lips with the 49-year-old, reports E! News.

Bharti earned the privilege to kiss the actress during the Woodside End of Summer party and auction benefiting the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Standing up to claim his prize, the married father of three took to his task with gusto, clasping Hurley and kissing her to the cheers of the watching celebrity crowd.

But Mr Bharti told MailOnline his wife of five years, Christy, wasn't in the least bit troubled.

Hurley, wearing a cream dress and gold heels, looked dashing next to the winner.

In photos of the event, Hurley looked excited to share the winning kiss as Bharti eagerly waited.

The pair then embraced in front of the celebrity crowd, with Hurley pulling a series of seductive poses as a slightly bewildered Mr Bharti looked on.

The swanky event was held at John’s and David Furnish’s Berkshire estate.
 
Mr Bharti, who was privately educated at The York School in Toronto, Canada, before leaving in 2004 and going to McGill University in Montreal, is the eldest son of billionaire founder of Forbes & Manhattan founder and CEO, Stan Bharti.

After school he studied at McGill University in Montreal for two years before dropping out.
