Nach Baliye 5: Smita Bansal and Ankush Mohla evicted

One more couple on the dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye 5’ bid adieu to the remaining 9 pairs.

The fifth episode, aired on Sunday (January 27), saw the elimination of Smita Bansal along with her husband Ankush Mohla due to lack of audience votes.

Popularly known as Sumitra from the soap ‘Balika Vadhu’, Smita was in the danger zone along with another famous mother-in law from the small screen - Neelu Vaghela aka Bhabho from ‘Diya aur Baati Hum’.

Neelu and her husband Arvind along with Smita-Ankush were at the bottom during the elimination round.

But before leaving, Smita and Arvind gave a power-packed performance on the song ‘Udi’ from the movie ‘Guzaarish’.

It was not the first time that the couple were caught in the danger zone. Last week, Smita and Ankush were languishing at the bottom with Shefaali Zariwala and her beau Parag Tyagi.

Shefaali-Parag were ace dancers but Smita’s fame saved her from eviction and ‘Kaanta Laga’ girl Shefali had to say goodbye to the show.

Deepshikha and Keshav were the first couple to be eliminated from ‘Nach Baliye 5’.
