Aishwarya Rai who makes a comeback to films with 'Jazbaa' says that she has locked five to six scripts with two announcements being made and says that she will announce them all as and when the film producers want it to be done.

“I have decided to work in about five to six films and the said scripts have been locked. You have heard of two announcements until now. The others would be done as when the team chooses to do. All our efforts sound very exciting and now we should see how I am going to get into doing all these film projects in the next few months,” says the actress.

Ash is also scheduled to work with Ranbir Kapoor in Karan Johar’s film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' (AFP)

Rai makes a comeback after a long interval of three-and-a-half years after being seen last with Hrithik Roshan in the 'Guzaarish'. But then the one word she wants to get rid of is ‘comeback’ as she has been endorsing brands in the interim.

“If fans do not see the artist for awhile and then they see them after a long gap, it’s a different story. But in my case they have been interacting with me throughout on different platforms. So I don’t completely agree with that term comeback, but yes I haven’t made a movie on celluloid from the last three years so that’s going to be after a bit of a gap. I know that the term would get attached. But then I can never go away from my fans,” she says.

As for her child Aaradhya, she has been handling her with aplomb, but admits that she has no secret formula for one of India’s most followed kids.“I don’t have any reference book to bring up my daughter. Every day is an experience and every working mother would vouch for that. There are pangs of guilt and separation anxiety from the child when they work. When I am sitting right here you will not be able to read where my mind is right now and that’s the life of every working mother. Every day is a learning curve. I am finding a way to what we could call a perfect balance,” she says.

Ash says that she would learn her way through with experience. “Once I have experience of my first film after my baby, I guess I would be able to decide on the pace ahead. But at this point of time it seems rather smooth. Since I have been working very actively with endorsements and other social issues in the last year at a very strong pace, apart from my film related and other meetings, I think I should be able to find that balance and I am looking forward to that challenge as a working mother as well,” says the actress.

'Jazbaa' mounts the sets on January 15, after the indisposed Irrfan recovers and Ash celebrates Makar Sankaranti, the festival of kites on January 14.
