The superstar Amitabh Bachchan celebrates his 69th birthday today. The actor tweeted: "T 522 -It is past midnight ! It is my birthday today ! It is another year gone by ! It is stepping in to the 70th year for me ! Thank you !"

Big B plans to celebrate his birthday with family, he wrote, "Just make it home in time for clock to strike 12 and for family to wish me .. the greatest joys of life are in the simple wishes !" But of course his big day won't go by without celebration amongst close friends and family members.

Amitabh Bachchan who has been busy with TV game show KBC and other movie projects will take the day off. Talking to his fans he writes, "Have just been released from the clutches of work form KBC .. and here to thank you all for the love and affection you shower !!"

An avid blogger, Amitabh has regularly been sharing his personal and professional experiences with what he calls his "extended family". Be it information about his ailments or the soon-to-be-a-granddad status, he keeps everyone up-to-date with the latest in his life.

The fans wish him on his birthday and hope he becomes a granddad (once more) soon!

Vidya Balan hospitalised

Vidya Balan who has been working day and night for her next movie 'The Dirty Picture' is not keeping well.

During the shoot of the film the actress complained of dizziness and had to be admitted to hospital. She will undergo treatment for low haemoglobin level, as reported by Mumbai Mirror. (https://bit.ly/qsILwi)

Vidya Balan, who is playing a controversial role in 'The Dirty Picture', could not celebrate Dusshera this year as she was hospitalised.

Constant shooting and stress have taken a toll on her. She spent three days in hospital and even after discharge doctors have advised her to take rest for a week.

It has been all work and no play for Hrithik Roshan. Now the actor has finally decided to give time to his beautiful wife Sussanne Roshan.

This break will be a welcome break for him after non-stop shoot for his movies and judging a dance reality show on television. He will also have some time to ponder upon his father's Krrish sequel.

Hrithik considers working with his father and for the particular role a big challenge for him. So he'd definitely like some fun time before a fresh start of another nerve breaking schedule.
