With the Bollywood awards factory packaging another celebrity-driven spectacle of glitz, glamour, and a whole lot of gossip, UAE residents can now grab a front row seat for their own selfie with the stars.

Kulwant Singh, Managing Director of the Dubai-based company Lama Group that is offering the starry holiday, told Emirates 24|7 the company has been associated with the awards night for the past seven years, even as the event travelled from Thailand to Singapore, Canada, the United States and now Spain.
 
He said: "There are various IIFA packages on offer that will get you face-time with the stars, with the cheapest starting at Dh20,000, while VIP tickets with green carpet access will set one back $7,000.
 
"Meanwhile, the hospitality boxes will cost $14,000 and upwards, depending on the type of experience you sign up for."

Other Bollywood names expected to attend this year's event include Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sridevi, Boney Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Boman Irani, Kabir Khan, Ranveer Singh, Bipasha Basu, Huma Qureshi, Vivek Oberoi, Dia Mirza, Riteish Deshmukh, Neha Dhupia, Madhavan, Aftab Shivdasani, Sohail Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala, Shriya Saran, Sonu Sood, Jackie Shroff, Richa Chaddha, Frieda Pinto, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi amongst others.
 
A world exclusive invite-only screening and gala Celebration of the awards will be held in Dubai on Saturday July 9th. The exclusive screening will have a prelude with a special fashion extravaganza showcasing runway collections by homegrown designers from the region preceded by a glamorous Green Carpet experience.
