Cannes 2015: Katrina Kaif turns red hot for 'Mad Max : Fury Road’

After a rather disappointing first day out Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif took a180 degrees turn for her second day at the red carpet at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival.

Breaking from her usual non-experimental, playing it safe mode, Katrina went for the shock factor.

The actress chose a red hot Elie Saab creation as she attended the premiere of 'Mad Max: Fury Road'.

After a not so impressive first day look, the ‘Bang Bang’ actress was all out to owning it in a red embroidered and lace gown.

Her simple red long sleeve mermaid dress was a version of the red Elie Saab pre Fall 2015 look.

She styled her look with poker straight centre parted hair and a red lip.

Katrina sporting an 8 inch shoe also by Elie Saab, stood tall as the brand Ambassador of L’Oreal.

We missed her natural brunette tresses, which she has sported for the longest time we know her. Katrina looks extremely different in her coloured hair which she did for Abhishek Kapoor’s film ‘Fitoor’.

But her fans wished that they could see her in the brunette avatar.

With red hair, red belt, red lips, red dress, red carpet - it just felt too much red everywhere. But nevertheless, we are happy Katrina finally decided to move out of her comfort zone.

She fit perfectly well in that scarlet item and with no accessories whatsoever, Katrina looked quiet stunning.

Now let the drums roll for Katrina’s Bollywood colleagues Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

While Sonam will walk on May 16 and 18, Aishwarya is set to make several appearances on 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and the 21. Aishwarya, along with her team will also be presenting a glimpse of her Sanjay Gupta film 'Jazbaa' at Cannes this year.
