Salman Khan in an item song in 'Son of Sardaar'

Salman Khan has shot an item number for his friend Ajay Devgn's upcoming flick 'Son Of Sardaar'.

Clad in a brown leather jacket over a Being Human tee, the star looks dapper in a glimpse from the song.

The 'Dabangg' star was reportedly signed on as he was most suited for the number.

Salman, as usual, hass not charged anything for the song and did it only for his good friend Ajay Devgn.

The other stars featuring in the song aare Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Ajay Devgn.

SOS is slated for November 13, 2012 release. It will clash with Yash Chopra's 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.

Salman Khan also performed another item boy for his friend Preity Zinta in her debut production venture 'Ishkq in Paris'.

In the first look of the song 'Kudiye Di Kurti', Salman is seen performing bhangra along with Preity, who plays the lead in the movie.

Salman looks debonair as he dons a glitzy black with golden print coat that is teamed with a black Pathani salwar.

The Bollywood star agreed to do a guest appearance and the dance number in Preity's film which is a love story set in Paris. Preity had earlier agreed to do an item number in Salman's movie – 'Main Aurr Mrs Khanna'.
