Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla ready for new ‘Bhoothnath 2’ director

Bhoothnath 2 is all ready to be made.

In the first part Bhoothnath - Amitabh Bachchan played a bad ghost turned a good one in the movie helmed by Vivek Sharma and co starring Juhi Chawla and Shah Rukh Khan.

The sequel to the film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Boman Irani in the lead and will be produced by BR Films.

Vivek however will not be directing the sequel for producer Ravi Chopra whose health is not is a great state at the moment and the company is being run by the rest of the family.

Bhootnath 2 will be directed by director Nitesh Tiwari.

The director was one of the co directors of the film Chillar Party earlier which had won a lot of rave reviews and was even backed by actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Salman Khan and the latter even joined in the production of the movie as a co producer to try and promote it better.

Nitesh for those not in the know is also the Chief Creative Officer in the ad agency Leo Burnett and has a lot of good campaigns to his credit and is known for his look and feel of cinema and creative use if ideas and children in a lot of his campaigns as well.

BR Films has taken the assistance for veteran financer Bharat Shah on the film and the man has stepped in an attempt to help Ravi Chopra and family come out of the financial crisis that they are in apart from Ravi Chopra’s ill health.

A film called Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai by the Chopras is also languishing in the cans and the movie starring Govinda and Tabu has not been released for a long time now due to various reasons ranging from copyright to financial constraints.
