First look of Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Happy New Year'

The first poster of Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Happy New Year', a musical heist, was launched on the film's social media pages - Twitter and Facebook.

A huge social media campaign has been set around the launch of the first poster of the film and the lead actors are actively participating in the campaign for the first poster launch.

The cast of the movie has been tweeting constantly and interacting with fans.

Shah Rukh Khan's much-awaited film 'Happy New Year' is scheduled for an October release.   

Director Farah Khan told Emirates247 that 'Happy New Year' will be premiere at the Atlantis in Dubai. As the shooting is going on, Farah did not go into further details about the premiere, but she promised to premiere her movie in Dubai.

The film has been shot extensively in Dubai.

With nearly 200 crew members the first schedule was roll out at the famous Atlantis, The Palm Hotel & Resort. The shooting continued for almost a month.

Not just the Atlantis, the Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping malls, hosted the 'Happy New Year' team.

The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah.

Farah and Shah Rukh's past associations in films like 'Main Hoon Na' and 'Om Shanti Om' have turned out to be gold spinners.

They are doing every bit to spread the right kind of buzz about Happy New Year.

The film's social media platforms have been very active and their first topic 'wacky wishes' has been trending on Twitter.
