The 21-year-old Arsenal star, Jack Wilshere, maybe "embarrassed" with his goal ratio but he has every reason to celebrate early this season with the arrival of new baby daughter Delilah Grace.

The Arsenal and England midfielder took to twitter celebrate the moment and express his delight on the occasion.

Wilshere tweeted,'Wow...words can not describe! Delilah Grace Wilshere, welcome to the world gorgeous x.'

The footballer posted another picture of a Starbucks coffee with his name on and the message: 'Feeling blessed this morning! Couldn't find a Costa! Let you know if I have changed to a Starbucker after!'

Arsenal star Podolski, also took to twitter and congratulated Jack on becoming father for the second time.

Wilshere has taken a lead from his more famous Barcelona rivals Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique and Cesc Fabregas.

Delilah is Wilshere's second child after the birth of son Archie in 2011.

Lionel Messi's girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo, gave birth to a baby boy Thiago in November 2012. Like Wilshere Messi took to social media to announce the birth of his first born. "Today I am the happiest man in the world, my son was born and thanks to God for this gift!”

In January 2013 Barcelona defender Gerard Pique joined Messi to become a father for the first time. Milan Pique Mebarak is the Spain international's first child with his girlfriend of two years, pop star Shakira.

Former Arsenal man, Cesc Fabregas, became a father for the first time when his girlfriend Daniella Semaan gave birth to a baby girl Lia in April 2013.

After performing his "daddy duties", Jack Wilshere is hoping to enjoy a big season for club and country this year, but he admits he needs to improve as a player, conceding his scoring record is "embarrassing".

The midfield playmaker has netted just five goals in 105 Arsenal games and has yet to get on the score-sheet in 10 matches for England and he is keen to rectify that.
