Hrithik Roshan dares: Priyanka, Sonam accept; Katrina coming up

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for the release of his much awaited 'Bang Bang' opposite Katrina Kaif.

The actor shunned away from TV promotions (the usual route taken) but has come up with a brand new and unique promotional strategy for his film.

On Twitter, Hrithik has been challenging his friends from Bollywood with some amazing dares and has come up with hashtag #BangBangDare.

Hrithik sent out his frist challenge to Uday but the actor/producer is yet to take it up.

Seemingly, Hrithik got the idea from Nargis Fakhri's tweet and tweaked it around for his cool promotional strategy.

He challenged Shah Rukh Khan, Uday Chopra, photographer Dabboo Ratnani, Dino Morea, Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor.

Priyanka, who excelled in her onscreen avatar as boxer MC Mary Kom, accepted and performed a handstand with a push up.

And boy, she did it wearing a pair of heels!

"The only girl I cud dare this! For super @priyankachopra my #bangbangdare HANDSTAND with a push up!! Do u accept! U have 3 days," Hrithik posted on Twitter Sunday as part of an innovative promotional strategy for his forthcoming film "Bang Bang".

For the fierce and daredevil Priyanka, carrying out the challenge seemed like a cakewalk.

In a video she posted on her Facebook page Monday, Priyanka features wearing casuals and she does exactly what Hrithik asked her to do -- albeit with a twist.

"Here you go Hrithik Roshan...a handstand with 3 push ups! In high heels! #bangbangdare ...next time try and make it a little difficult," she quipped.

For Sonam, it was rather a simple one - "My #bangbangdare 2 khoobsoorat @sonamakapoor A collection of ur happiest craziest smiles on dsuper success of khoobsoorat!! Dis 1we deserve!"

The 'Khoobsoorat' actress posed for a collage of selfies.

Ace photographer Dabboo Ratnani also successfully carried out his part of the challenge - 100 skips in one go.

It seems Hrithik strongly feels Dabboo needs to lose some weight.

But the photographer managed to perform and posted a video, "Duggu, This One's For You!!! Love Ya Lots!"

Hrithik was more than happy that the photographer completed the challenge, "Dabs!!U did it!!!Guys,dis 1 I salute!Mind over muscle!Ur a true WINNER!"

Dino Morea was supposed to do one set of 20 parallel bar dips. The model turned actor completed the task with ease and posted a series of videos on Instagram.

Hrithik applauded his friend and wrote, "Damn this looked more like a warm up than a dare!! Give it up guys for the fittest man in town! @DinoMorea9 wish I cud make 20 look as easy!"

We hope to see many more celebrities take up the challenge as Hrithik continues to dare more including Bang Bang co-star Katrina Kaif.

But the actor is not just asking his friends from the industry to take up his challenges. He has posed couple of dares for his followers on Twitter.

"My #bangbangdare 2all my fans commuting by cars!NO HONKING AT ALL fr 3 days!! Do this Just to realise how unnecessary it is 99% of d time!"

"Now d ultimate #bangbangdare 2 al d smokers out der! No smoking for 3 days.dats d time it takes nicotine to exit your system! DO IT!!"
