Kerala composer Gopi Sunder to rock Sharjah

Singer/composer Gopi Sunder has created waves in the Malayalam film industry with his eclectic tracks and innovative tunes, and now he's gearing up to rock Sharjah.

This will be his first-ever Gulf act, and he's roped in his celeb pals Dulquer Salmaan, Shweta Menon, Remya Nambeeshan to back him up.

In a personal video invite posted on his official facebook page, Gopi asks his fans to be there to cheer him.

That's not all, he even convinces Dulquer to sing his famous track from his Malayalam-hit 'ABCD'.

The 'Gopi Sunder musical celebration' will unfold on March 27 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Talking to Emirates24|7, the organisers said the gates will open at 6pm, and the show will begin at 8.30pm.

Tickets are priced between Dh25 and Dh1,000.

"The guest ticket costs Dh1,000 and it allows dinner with the stars, photographs and a designated car park," the spokesperson said.

"The next category is VVIP for Dh500 per person, and VIP for Dh250 per person. The first class is priced at Dh50 and gallery at Dh25."

The live act will showcase 40 artists from the Malayalam film and music industry, including a 16-member orchestra.
