She started her film career in 2009 with the film 'Aladdin'. But Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez is in the news these days for her film 'Kick'.

Paired opposite superstar Salman Khan the New Delhi schedule of the film has been completed.

During their shoot, Salman Khan had taken her for a ride around the city on his motorbike - a feat that no actress or co-star of his has been able to accomplish. And even Jacqueline is thrilled to bits after going around the city with the Khan.

“We were in Delhi shooting and it was fun because we got to go on roads in a crazy vehicle that is featured in the movie. That was a lot of fun to do because I have never seen so much crowds in my life,” she gushes.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala makes his directorial debut with 'Kick'. The major shooting of the film has been done in Delhi.

Incidentally this is Jacqueline’s first film that has been shot in Delhi and the actress managed to roam around and see Delhi.

“It was a lot of fun. You know when I am in Delhi, it’s very different, and there is lot of stuff to do there. Shooting there was an amazing experience, because I got to see places I never got to see before, and yes it was really good,” she says.

Te stills from the shoot show how comfortable Jacqueline was with Salman and why not - Salman is perhaps the one actor with whom many actresses feel protected and pampered.

That is also one reason why any actress who works with Salman Khan feels the need to want to work with him again and again. And Jacqueline is no exception.

“It is indeed amazing working with Salman. I think everyone is very excited for the movie; for 'Kick' to release,” she says.

To work with Salman Khan now has been the biggest career jump ever for Jacqueline.

The Sri Lankan actress has also gone in for Urdu lessons to work in this film and yes, she has also put on weight to look the part that the plays in the film.

She does not have a very glamorous role in the film and she looks more like the girl next door in the movie. So she has set aside her sexy look from 'Race 2' to portray a young and fresh character.

Jacqueline’s debut film 'Aladdin' saw her share space with Amitabh Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh.

In 2010 her second film 'Na Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai' released. But both these films flopped.

Jacqueline got recognition with Sajid Nadiadwala’s film 'Housefull' with the Dhanno song. This film was directed by Sajid Khan.

In 2011 the Bhatt camp film 'Murder 2' changed Jackie’s status and direction. This film did well at the box office and her career took off. She then became a part of successful films like 'Housefull 2' and 'Race 2'.

Apart from 'Kick', Jacqueline has 'Roy' with Arjun Rampal in the lead and Ranbir Kapoor in an extended cameo.
