The reality star gained a substantial amount of weight during her pregnancy and Kim Kardashian is apparently already trying to shift those pounds.

The reality star remains in hospital following the birth of her daughter in the early hours of Saturday morning.

But according to reports she can’t wait to get back in the gym and regain her slim figure.

Kim, 32, was working with trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson throughout her pregnancy, but the publication also claims she is considering hiring Gunnar Peterson.

While she is not able to start exercising just yet, Kim is allegedly already watching what she eats.

The magazine claims that the star’s hospital room is chock-a-block with flowers but she has insisted well-wishers are not allowed to bring any tasty treats for her to eat.

Kim was reportedly told she was more than likely suffering from the life threatening condition preeclampsia before the birth of her baby girl.

Kanye West wants to marry Kim Kardashian as soon as possible and hopes to start planning their wedding soon.

The 36-year-old rapper is in awe of how his girlfriend of more than one year, who gave birth to their first daughter on Saturday (15.06.13), coped during the difficult labour and is eager for them to start planning their wedding as soon as she and the baby return home from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

A source told People magazine: "They'll star planning their next project, a wedding, sooner rather than later. He definitely wants to marry her, he hasn't left her side."

The 32-year-old reality TV star, who delivered the tot five weeks ahead of schedule, was warned by her doctors that her blood pressure was skyrocketing and her baby was "in distress", but she was still able to give birth naturally.

An insider told Us Weekly magazine: "Kim was scared but Kanye was more nervous. He asked a lot of questions as he paced about, they were both quite quiet."

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is adjusting well to motherhood but is having trouble with breast-feeding.

A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Kim is doing it but seems like she's having trouble.

"She is planning to keep trying do it for a little while longer but she may end up switching to a bottle."
