Rapper Kanye West and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian have got several offers to sell their daughter North West's exclusive pictures, but they are not tempted at all.
Since giving birth to her first child on June 15, Kim Kardashian hasn't even been seen in public, let alone given any small glimpse of her bundle of joy - except in those fake photos she sent out.
According to TMZ, Kim and boyfriend Kanye West have reached a decision and rejected a lucrative seven-figure magazine offer to instead follow the lead of close pals Jay Z and Beyonce - by releasing the first pic themselves through social media.
Initially, the couple thought of selling the pictures and donating the money to a charity, but dropped the idea.
It had been reported that Kim's 'momager' Kris Jenner had been close to closing a deal worth as much as $4 million - the profits from which were said to be being donated to charity.
However, TMZ reports that a high-end publication, such as Vanity Fair, may still be in the running.
The 36-year-old Kanye is said to be staunchly opposed to reality TV shows such as the one that made his 'baby mama' a household name, calling them 'demeaning'.
Although he's previously made several appearances on 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', he insists he won't be returning due to the backlash he received.
Of course, this isn't the first time the couple has chosen not to reap the monetary benefits when it comes to their child.
On December 30, Kanye made the announcement that 32-year-old Kim was expecting live onstage during his concert in Atlantic City.
'Stop the music for a second,' the rapper instructed during a rendition of Lost In The World. 'Can we make some noise for my baby mama right quick?'
Now it is expected that the couple will make a similarly spontaneous move with the photos of their first child.
