There is trouble brewing in paradise for reality star Kim Kardashian.
 
But despite the threats of legal battles waiting to be fought, the 31-year-old’s gameplan takes her straight to a Miami beach to do what she does best: flaunt her many curves, only this time in a teenie bikini.
 
Kardashian put her famous derriere n display in a purple two-piece during her Miami break, mere hours before “The New York Post” carried a story of a possible class action suit being brought against her and her famous sibling, Khloe courtesy a diet product they represent.
 
QuickTrim, which has apparently seen a boost in sales ever since the famous sisters got on board, is now reportedly deemed unhealthy due to too much caffeine content to make it a good weight loss product.
 
According to the paper, QuickTrim has made $45 million in revenue since the Kardashian sisters started working with them three years ago.
 
“The active ingredient in QuickTrim weight loss products is a large dose of caffeine…  The FDA has determined that caffeine is not safe or effective for weight loss,” the paper quoted law firm Bursor & Fisher says about the suit.
 
Partner Scott A Bursor added: “My firm has been retained by an individual that purchased QuickTrim, and we are investigating the matter.
 
“We have provided written notice of our client’s claims to the company and others involved in marketing QuickTrim.”
 
The stress of another legal drama on the hands simply adds to Kim Kardashian’s woes since she walked out of her 72-day marriage to NBA star Kris Humphries.
 
Her ex is apparently refusing to settle out of court as stories emerged earlier this year that Kardashain and mother Kris Jenner faked scenes on the reality show, “Kourtney and Kim Take New York”, alleging the bits were filmed in Dubai in October where the mother-daughter had a chat on how unhappy the latter was in the marriage.
 
However, two months later, the duo were spotted exiting a studio in Los Angeles, wearing the same makeup and clothes, prompting critics to say that the scenes were reshot to cast Kardashian in favourable light with fans post her filing for divorce.
