Kim Kardashian wants 'perkier' assets; topless selfie was eye opener

Kim Kardashian West wants cosmetic surgery to get evenly shaped assets.

The 35-year-old brunette beauty - who is married to Kanye West, 39 - wants to go under the knife in a bid to get a 'perkier' chest similar to Emily Ratajkowski, who she posed naked with in a selfie earlier this year, which made her more aware of her larger right breast.

The nake selfie was an eye-opener for the reality star.

Speaking to Now magazine about Kim's plan to have proportionate assets, a source close to the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star said: "Kim hates that her right breast is bigger than the left and it's become more obvious since having this last baby.

"She freaked out when she saw how different they look after her topless snap with Emily Ratajkowski - she took almost 100 pictures before the one she posted but she still hated it.

"Now she wants surgery as soon as possible to get perkier boobs like Emily's."

The mother of two - who has North, two, and five-month-old Saint with her rapper husband - has previously vowed to the 'Bound 2' artist she will not follow through with the procedure after Kanye's mother Donda passed away from issues that arose following her plastic surgery.

However, Kim is close to going against her word.

Speaking previously a source said: "Kim's trying to make a career out of naked selfies, so she feels having her boobs done is her only option.

"Her promise to Kanye is one she can't keep. The standards of perfection she has to live up to are insane, and she can't do it without help from the surgeon."

And Kim has recently revealed: "I've been a size C since I was 11 years old, so one day I will definitely get a lift but I'm waiting until after I have kids."
