Reality televisioon star Kim Kardashian has revealed that she is interested in eating her own placenta after giving birth to her baby because she thinks it will make her look younger.

Talking to a doctor on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”, the 32-year-old star asked, “Don’t you think it makes you look younger” and said that she really wants to do it, the New York Daily News reported.

Following stars like January Jones and Holly Madison, who also ate their placentas, Kardashian wants in on the after-birth practice.

It is believed that it helps in fighting postpartum depression and increasing milk production.

Kim Kardashian officially divorced from Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian is officially divorced from Kris Humphries after a judgement was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday night (03.06.13).

The reality TV star, who is set to give birth to a baby girl with her rapper boyfriend of more than one year, Kanye West, next month, reached a settlement with the 28-year-old basketball player in April to avoid a trial, but their divorce only became official when the judgement was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday night (03.06.13).

According to People.com, the terms of the divorce will not be revealed, but the former couple did have a prenuptial agreement.

Kim filed for divorce from Kris on October 31, 2011 after just 72 days of marriage.

Their split dragged on for more than a year and a half because Kris originally wanted an annulment, on the grounds of "fraud".

Friends close to the Brooklyn Nets previously revealed he decided not to go to trial because he didn't want his basketball career to suffer.

An insider said: "Kris didn't want the team impacted by his personal life.

"If the Nets advanced in the playoffs, the trial would have taken place during the games and basketball comes first for Kris.

"He also knew that he didn't have a chance in hell of proving that Kim defrauded him. In the end, his lawyers were able to finally make him see that not only would he be missing out on the playoffs with the Nets, but would likely be ordered to pay Kim's legal fees.

"Kris then chose to settle."
