KUWTK: Kanye West spotted after hospitalisation

Kanye West has been spotted for the first time since his hospitalisation, after he visited an art exhibit sporting blonde hair.

The 39-year-old rapper was admitted to UCLA Medical Centre last month after suffering from sleep deprivation and exhaustion, and was discharged last week to continue medical treatment in the privacy of his own home.

On Thursday the 'Bound 2' hitmaker was photographed for the first time since his ordeal - which saw him cancel 21 dates of his 'Saint Pablo Tour' - as he visited an art exhibit in Los Angeles.

In a photo posted on Instagram by artist Giovanni Bassan, the 'Famous' rapper can be seen sporting newly dyed blonde hair, and looked relaxed as he sat backstage at MOCA's Pacific Design Centre.

The photo - which was posted to Giovanni's private account and made public by multiple sources - was reportedly captioned: "K s in da house (sic)"

The news of the 'Gold Digger' singer's venture out of the house comes after it was previously reported the Kanye - who shares three-year-old daughter North and 12-month-old son Saint with wife Kim Kardashian West - was feeling more relaxed now that he's returned to his Bel-Air mansion.

Kanye has even built a temporary studio in his mansion and is now making new music, according to the gossip website TMZ.

But the decision to launch himself back into his work might not come as a surprise to his famous family, as he reportedly wanted to work on his music and clothing line whilst he was still recovering in hospital.

A source said: "Kanye keeps wanting to work. At the hospital, he requested that recording equipment be brought to the hospital so he can record in his bed. And he has kept asking to see sketches of his fashion lines.

"He continues to want to work and Kim has to keep telling him to rest."

Kim Kardashian West worried for Kanye's long-term health

Kim Kardashian West is reported to be very worried about what long-term effects her husband Kanye West's recent hospitalisation for exhaustion will have on him and their relationship.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is reportedly concerned her husband's recent breakdown will have a huge impact on their relationship that will alter the dynamic between them.

A source told the new issue of Closer magazine: "Kim's biggest fear is that Kanye won't be the same person now and he could change forever. She doesn't want to lose him but worries they might struggle to recover from this ordeal. But her priority is Kanye and she's determined to be there for him, no matter what.

"She's trying to come to terms with how their lives may not return to how they were before."

Kim - who was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, France, in October - is said to be "on edge" as she struggles to come to terms with the events of recent weeks but is doing her best to be the main source of support to the troubled rapper, who left hospital at the weekend, and their children North, three, and 12-month-old Saint.

The source said: "Kanye is back at home but the situation is hanging in the balance and it's going to be a long road to recovery.

"It's frightening for Kim to see her husband in such a vulnerable position. He seems broken. He's not yet ready for normal life and needs a lot of looking after.

"Kim is not exercising and can barely eat. Instead she prays daily with their pastor and spends most of the day by Kanye's side.

"She can't get her head around how unwell he is - she's so on edge and cries a lot. But she's hopeful he'll work through this and be back to his old self soon."

Following the robbery, the 36-year-old beauty is planning to sell her property in France and is currently reluctant to even consider going overseas again.

The source said: "She's trying to sell their Paris home as neither of them want to go back there after the robbery. She's too scared to travel overseas and just feels so much in her life is changing."

Rob Kardashian: Dream is 'best thing ever'

Rob Kardashian has heaped praise on his three-week-old daughter Dream Kardashian, saying the youngster is the "best thing" that has ever happened to him.

The 29-year-old star and fiancé Blac Chyna welcomed Dream Kardashian into the world three weeks ago and he has shared a new picture of the youngster, who already has a full head of hair, peacefully sleeping.

He added the caption on his Instagram account: "Sleep baby,,,, best thing that has ever happened to me in my life (sic)"

Rob took to the photo-sharing site shortly after Dream was born to share a snap of the little one and thank Chyna for being "strong" during her pregnancy.

He wrote: "Today was amazing :) I am so lucky!! Thank you @blacchyna for having our baby and being so strong ! I love you so much and can't wait to see her get older day by day with you Chy! I love you and Dream so much and Appreciate both of you (sic)"

In true Kardashian style, Rob has already set up an Instagram account for his daughter, who has amassed an incredible 754,000 followers in just three weeks but is only following two people, Rob and Chyna.

Rob's sister Khloe Kardashian recently revealed Dream doesn't cry "at all".

She said: "I go in to see Rob and Chyna. The baby was just born.

"She's super cute and calm and not crying at all!"

Rob and Chyna - who already has four-year-old son King Cairo with her former partner Tyga - are said to be planning to have their wedding filmed for a TV show for the right price.

The couple are thought to be on the lookout for venues which will be suitable for filming in the hope they will be able to strike a deal with a channel to air their big day.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and the 28-year-old model - who welcomed daughter Dream Renée together last month - are reportedly keen to have their wedding filmed for a television show, for the right price.

The couple are said to be looking at venues which are suitable for filming on the chance they manage to achieve the deal they want, TMZ reports.

Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that Rob and Chyna have moved in together.

A source said: "Rob wants to live with Chyna and spend every day with Dream. He's making a big effort to get along with Chyna. She seems very happy with him. They are getting along great and enjoying parenting together.

"Rob is super hands on with Dream. She's changed his life. She makes him want to be better. And he's spending a lot more time with his family."

The pair initially decided to live separately as they didn't want their daughter to see them "fighting" but things are now much better.

At the time, the insider added: "They are living separately right now until the baby is born because they don't want the fighting to affect the baby.

"They think it is a healthier way to live until the baby is born. He is living Calabasas and she is in Tarzana. It's just temporary and because they are living apart, the fighting has gotten less."

And the Kardashian family are thrilled by Dream's arrival.

Rob's mother Kris Jenner said: "It's always so exciting when your baby has a baby so it was really great. It's really emotional. Like you can't believe that this is happening. To see a baby being born and in my case, I've been there for six of my grandchildren's births so it's quite something. Dream's such a great baby though. She's been really calm and really sweet so they are very lucky."

Kanye West 'living apart' from wife Kim

Kanye West is reportedly receiving treatment away from his family's home.

The 'Only One' hitmaker left hospital earlier this week but rather than head home to his wife and their two kids - North, three, and Saint, 11 months - he is reportedly receiving outpatient care elsewhere.

A source told People magazine: "He is receiving outpatient care else with a medical team. Kim still seems concerned but is supportive.

(Bang)

"They don't know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care ... There are frustrations and problems, like any relationship, but they love each other deeply."

Meanwhile, it was previously claimed that Kanye is desperate to get back to work but has been ordered to rest up.

A source shared: "People in Kanye's inner circle are hoping the hospital stay has made him realise that he needs to take a step back from work and focus on his personal health and mindset.

(Getty Images)

"Kanye loves working, but he loves Kim and his family more. He had way too much on his plate and it came to a point where he couldn't handle it all, so he just broke. He needs to find a good balance with the two in his life and he'll work hard at finding that."

Whilst another insider added: "Kanye keeps wanting to work. At the hospital, he requested that recording equipment be brought to the hospital so he can record in his bed. And he has kept asking to see sketches of his fashion lines. He continues to want to work and Kim has to keep telling him to rest."

Kanye was hospitalised in late November after suffering from "exhaustion" and "sleep deprivation".
