Less than a week after Zayn Malik quit One Direction, we hear the 22-year-old in his first solo 'In won't mind'.
That was fast!
Naughty Boy, the UK producer who joined Malik in the studio over the weekend, has posted a demo called 'I Won't Mind' online on Monday (Mar 30).
'I Won't Mind' is a heartfelt song in which Malik croons over an acoustic guitar, "We are who we are when no one's watching/And right from the start, you know I got you."
The song sounds incomplete, but Malik's vulnerability sounds real and well-earned.
After seeing the 30-year-old DJ retweet a 'Naughty Boy saved Zaughty' video, the 23-year-old One Direction singer wrote on Twitter, "Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal, seriously how old are you? Grow up! #masterofallwisdom.”
Naughty Boy responded, thinking that Louis was talking about a previous tweet, "@Louis_Tomlinson calm down. was talkin bout Louis Walsh cuz he didn't let someone through on X factor. Look @ the date of the tweet. 😂 #2014."
Louis clarified by saying, "@NaughtyBoyMusic I was talking about the video you tweeted. Clearly trying to wind the fans up! Well you succeeded anyway. Fair play."
Directioners have turned against the U.K. artist -- #SuspendNaughtyBoy began trending worldwide on Monday night.
