'Lean On' Selena Gomez, Elton John for Dubai concert marathon

The UAE’s concert season just got more intense with some of the biggest names in showbiz headlining a top act every month in Dubai before the year ends.

We already knew the season kick off in autumn would come with the highly anticipated Zayn Malik concert on October 7; but now, Selena Gomez and Sir Elton John have also top-billed acts planned in Dubai before the year turns.

Adding to the mix will be the start of a brand new annual Halloween themed festival with a killer line up named Fiesta De Los Muertos, which will ‘Lean On’ the fame of Major Lazer, along with pop group, All Saints.

This concert is scheduled for October 28, which will also feature The Mariachis and a special guest performance that has yet to be announced by organisers, 117Live.

A few weeks later, pop princess Gomez will perform on November 18 as part of her Revival World Tour at The Autism Rocks Arena.

And rounding off the year, will mark the return of the legendary Sir Elton John to UAE shores, with a pre-Christmas concert at The Autism Rocks Arena on December 15 as part of his Wonderful Crazy Night Tour.

However, if this wasn’t enough to have the music fan in you jumping with glee, 117Live has also revealed two 2017 dates-March 3rd and March 31st that will mark a new concert date and a new festival, respectively.

The organisers have stated artistes for these dates are still to be announced.
