‘Piku’ is one of the most talked about projects of the next year, and that ‘first look’ of this Bollywood film has been revealed.
It was a testament to the buzz around the movie, with #WaitingForPiku trending in India within 20 minutes of the video launch.
And to take that further, the makers of the movie have revealed the first look of superstar Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Piku’.
He is seen donning a loose shirt, worn over another shirt and a khakhi coloured bucket golf hat in a very unkempt look.
At a time when dime-a-dozen dash board abs are flashing in your face, Bachchan has gone ahead and declared a war on the six- and eight -pack abs with his family pack.
Another picture released shows Bachchan, Deepika Padukone along with the crew sitting around a dining table and rehearsing scenes.
The Shoojit Sircar-directed ‘Piku’ is a quirky take on the father-daughter relationship.
The father-daughter relationship essayed by Amitabh and Deepika Padukone, along with Irrfan in a pivotal, author-backed role.
‘Piku’ is set to hit the silver screen in April 30, 2015.
