India’s most controversial social media celebrity Poonam Pandey seems to be having a tougher time daring and baring her way through real life.

According to Indian tabloid Mid-Day the starlet was arrested late on Friday night in Mumbai for "allegedly indulging in indecent acts in public".

She was later released after a warning, the report states, with no further details available at this point.

Pandey shot to fame with a promise that she would strip if the Indian Cricket Team won the 2011 World Cup.

She has since kept herself alive in the imagination of the Indian public with revealing pictures tweeted and often, cringe-worthy stunts (bikini press meet).
