Ranbir sweeps Katrina away as rumours about Deepika grow louder

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is playing his 'Barfi!' role of deaf and mute man to perfection when it comes to reacting to rumours about his growing closeness with ex-lover Deepika Padukone after their eye-popping chemistry in 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'.

Amidst hearsay about him getting tipsy in a party and kissing Deepika in full public view, the Kapoor boy in all probability is now holidaying with his lady love Katrina Kaif.

All sorts of interpretations were made when Katrina left a certain birthday party a little too early and neither Ranbir seem to enjoy the merriment (despite Deepika's presence in the party).

It is said that the rumours of Ranbir and Deepika getting cozy didn't go down well with the reticent, possessive lover.

Next Katrina was photographed at the Mumbai international airport purportedly leaving for Macau for the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA).

All eyes were hooked on to the green carpet of IIFA to catch a glimpse of the star.

But no one seems to locate Katrina during the award ceremony. Kaif was conspicuous by her presence, she was missing.

Interestingly, Ranbir, who won the best actor award for 'Barfi!', was not present at the ceremony and the gong was accepted on his behalf by the film's director Anurag Basu.

All these tiff and hurt while reports have emerged that Ranbir and Deepika have rekindled their feelings for each other.

Looks like Deepika is giving Katrina the taste of her own bitter medicine, after-all it was Katrina who caused the break-up between Ranbir and Deepika when they were dating.
