Destination Dawn, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority's first 12-hour music festival, will take over Al Marjan beach on May 27, with international DJs Thomas Gold, Goldfish and local talent including Hollaphonic, Yvel K and Scott Forshaw.
Starting at 5pm all the way through to 5am, the event is an attempt to raise the Emirate's profile as a leading destination for music events.
Festival-goers will get to enjoy the pristine beaches, whilst indulging in the party atmosphere as the decks are spun by the DJs.
A wide variety of food options, beverages, and shisha spots will be available in chill-out areas for those looking for a break from the dance floor.
Those travelling to Ras Al Khaimah from Dubai for the festival can take advantage of free shuttle buses from Manara Center Parking (Noor Bank Metro Station), Sheikh Zayed Road.
Approximately 300 passengers will be able to use these buses, which will depart at 4pm, returning at 3:30am from Ras Al Khaimah.
Haitham Mattar, CEO, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority said, "Our growing events calendar plays a key role in promoting tourism within the Emirate. Destination Dawn is a great example of the pioneering events Ras Al Khaimah is increasingly hosting for residents and visitors alike. There has been an overwhelming demand for tickets to the festival, highlighting the need for such events. We're pleased to bring Destination Dawn to Ras Al Khaimah, along with several other events which appeal to a broad range of visitors including sports fans, families, adventure seekers and many more."
Tickets are priced from Dh150 on a first come, first seved basis.
Available on Platinum List, Virgin and the Destination Dawn website.
For festival attendees looking to take their experience to the next level, VIP table packages are available at Dh5,000 including two premium bottles with soft drinks and ten entry tickets.
The event is strictly 21+ and ladies get free entry before 9pm.
